Package Your Item
Carefully place the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip to help our London studio identify your order.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
